New Iraq War Movie Directed by an Actual Veteran Coming Soon And it Looks Amazing
Iraq veteran Chris Roessner returned home from Iraq making a film in light of his experience at war. “Sand Castle,” is set to debut on Netflix in April. In light of the trailer, Roessner’s Iraq experience was really horrible. The film, on the other hand, looks incredible.
Featuring Nicholas Hoult — who you’ll presumably remember as the pale, maniac Nux from “Mad Max: Fury Road” movie. “Sand Castle” is set in 2003 on the border of Baqubah, a city around 30 miles upper east of Baghdad that saw a lot of battling between American warriors and guerillas in the occupation.
