USAF Pararescuemen Airlift Hurricane Harvey Flood Victims

What do you know about the USA Pararescuemen? The United States Air Force Pararescue or Pararescue Jumpers are soldiers of the United States Air Force, as paratroopers trained mainly in under CSAR – or SAR -Einsätzen in the recovery and rescue of wounded members of the American armed forces act. In addition, they support in the context of missions of NASA in the return of astronauts. They may be assigned to special units of other partial forces during individual operations, if necessary. Among the 22 carriers of the Air Force Cross are 12 pararescuemen.

They are subordinate to the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and the Air Combat Command (ACC).
