Researchers have controlled the mid-air developments of free-flying bugs utilizing a radio transmitter and a small rucksack of hardware worn by “cyborg insects”. The bugs were made to take off and land, travel to one side or the other one and even to drift in mid-flight contingent upon the radio charges, the researchers said. In the event that the innovation can be further refined, it would be conceivable later on to utilize flying bugs as smaller than usual drones stacked with modest electronic sensors for flying over and looking troublesome landscape, they said. Great development for the US Army!
